Satisfaction Guarantee
All work sold by Glenn Conant Studios, whether an unframed print, a glass print or a framed and matted piece, is accompanied by a 14 day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Pieces returned under this Satisfaction Guarantee will receive a full refund, minus return shipping if appropriate.
Merchandise Returns
All merchandise returned to Glenn Conant Studios, must be accompanied by a "Return Authorization" (R/A). This can be obtained by calling GCS and being assigned an R/A #, which must be shown prominently on the return shipping label.
Merchandise returned to GCS because of a defect present when the merchandise arrived at your home, will not be subject to a return shipping charge.
Merchandise returned for any other reason is subject to the cost of returning the merchandise to us. (FOB)
